A few more nice photos have arrived over the last week or so and are presented below. First, Jim W7OWC provided this fantastic shot of his 4el 50MHz LFA:

'Justin Finally got a pic I like.  This was taken during the annual Ballon races held here in Reno each year.

Hope you Like it.  The antenna worked great this year for E season, just wished I had more time to get on:)  the antenna was built from recycled antenna parts.

G8DX decided to build a G0KSC OWA Yagi for 28MHz and sent the following picture and words..

A 6el 28MHz OWA built by G8DX

'Justin

Got the 6 ele for 10m finished this afternoon, nice clean pattern and excellent f/b, SWR is 1.1:1 for most of the band. Please see attached pics. Within 40 mins of getting it installed I'd already logged 5R8UI, PZ5RA, BA8AT, 3B8DB, 9M2ZAK, 9M8WAT, FP/G3ZAY, OX3XR, XE1GRR, P49X, NP2X, HI3TEJ, XU7SSB, TL0A, 6Y6U and W2GGI using a mixture of RTTY, CW and Phone. I will be doing some f/b tests later with a local Guy when the band has closed.

Thanks for your help, I am also interested in building a couple of 10/15m dual band Yagi's on about 20ft booms for myself and a Friend, would you be able to help with a design?

And Later . . . .

'Just a quick note to let you know that the 6 ele OWA is working exceptionally well. I've logged a load of VK's an JA's and also 3D2R/MM and AH0J both all time new ones for me! F/B is excellent I can almost make a local Station at 9+20 disappear.'

MI0AYR reports: 'Justin, having great fun on 6m eme with this antenna!' His 9el 50MHz LFA is below:

G8LES decided to build and install an 8el 70MHz LFA which is pictured below:

The 8el 70MHz LFA at G8LES

'The 10XY for 2metres hears the Angus beacon, the 8 ele for 4metres just hears it. (band noise higher on 4metres)'

Next, this photo from Glenn ZS2GK on his 9el 144MHz LFA he is constructing, what a great job it looks too!

Finally, this shot of an SC 4-6-9 Dual band 4/6m G0KSC Yagi from Eric, PA3CEV

'Here a pic of one of Wilfred’s ON4NDO made SC6-4-9D in my tower.

As you can see it is relatively close to other antennae but I see a perfect SWR on 6 and have no problems on 70 MHz

I will swap the 10 EL. dk7zb for 144 with a LFA urban 11 el yagi.
